I am working on digital art, where I prefer using bases from various amazing artists to make adopts and custom fills.I tend to focus my personal work on fantasy themes, world mythologies, fandom art, as well as attempting to illustrate my own world's, ideas, and characters. TOS – TERMS OF SERVICE:The terms: adopt, design, commission, base commission, are used interchangeably in these TOS, but all rules apply to them.Currently most of my commissions are base commissions. Please feel free at any point to message me. I have a lot of different bases and am continually updating them. Not all of them will be listed, so please feel free to ask me if you are looking for anything specific.DO NOT REMOVE ANY OF THE SIGNATURES. The signatures are there for the purpose of crediting me and the original base/line artist. A link back to me would be great! The base/line artists information is always in the listing.I am not comfortable with excessive gore, blood, or bodily scarring. I’m ok with small scars, skeletal aspects, and some light “candy gore.” I will not do anything NSFW, my definition of that can apply to any design of my own digression.I reserve the right to:~Change these TOS at any time.~Use any commissions or adopts that I originally design for advertisement and portfolio purposes.~Refuse any commission at any point in the process.COMMISSIONS:Please include any descriptions and info when purchasing. The more details the better. You must be clear on what you want.If I am unable to get “exactly” what you are trying to convey, I am sorry. I will message you to confirm your order and info. I will message you before I finish so as to check for any necessary revisions. Such revisions are generally for minor details, like eye color and fixing patterns. Feel free to ask for any revisions and I will tell you if that is acceptable within the original payment, if a revision or change is too large I might require you to purchase an additional add on. (See add on’s)THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. ~If I ever have to “completely start over” or an idea is completely rejected, I reserve the right to use them for an adopt. This applies to all designs other than YCH, and any design/characters you already own. ~I will periodically change the prices of items and commissions on my store. If such a change occurs while I am making you a commission, or we are still in the messaging information “Quote” stage, the original purchased price or Quote will not change.OWNERSHIP:By receiving an adopt from me, you are receiving commercial rights to the design ONLY, not the original art of the adopt. I use other artists bases so that line work cannot be used for commercial work.You may resell the character, but do not sell for more than the original sale value. Unless it has more art, meaning: the value of the original design + any commissioned art + any art the customer created themself.~Feel free to use the design for any type of your personal projects, icon, profile, stories, world building, reference sheets etc.~You may use the design for costume(s) for personal use or to sell.~If you wish to use a design of mine for commercial purposes, you must create new artwork of the character or commission another artist for a piece that can be used commercially.~You may NOT use the design for any type of AI or NFT purposes.~YOU MAY NOT USE FOR NSFWADD ONS:Please feel free to ask about anything relating to add ons!If I feel that a commission is asking for more than it’s original price is worth, I may ask you to purchase an “add on.” I can decide this at any point in the commission.This is usually just for large things like multiple sets of wings, tails, heads, or trying to add too many props or accessories. This also applies if a complete revision occurs.If you are clear about what you want at the beginning of the commission description, I can tell you then if there will be a need for any add ons. Then you can choose weather or not you want to add those details. If you decide to add such details during the revision process and or at the end, I will then tell you how much those add ons would be. Then you can choose weather or not you want to add those details.I am fine adding on small extra details for “free” such as jewelry, bandanas, stickers, other such things. These can naturally be included in the original commission. No extra charge.I am not very good with drawing clothing, as in full outfits, and do not want to do that. I’m also not super good with hairstyles. I’m fine with bandanas, beanies, capes, but anything much more complicated than that will be an add on.I will specify how much the add ons will be and you can pay for it on the “tip” listing, or I will make a custom listing for you.
